How to use the inverter?

The inverter is a DC to AC transformer. In fact, the converter is a voltage inversion process.
The converter is to convert the AC voltage of the power grid into a stable 12V DC output, but the inverter is to convert the 12V DC voltage output by the Adapter to a high-frequency AC voltage; the same applies to the pulse widths used in both parts. Modulation (PWM) technology. The core part is a PWM integrated controller, Adapter UC3842, inverter uses TL5001 chip. TL5001 operating voltage range 3.6 ~ 40V, its internal error amplifier, a regulator, oscillator, PWM control with dead-zone control, low-voltage protection circuit and short circuit protection circuit.
1. Input interface part: Input part has 3 signals, 12V DC input VIN, working enable voltage ENB and Panel current control signal DIM. VIN is provided by the Adapter. The ENB voltage is provided by the MCU on the motherboard. The value is 0 or 3V. When ENB=0, the inverter does not work, while at ENB=3V, the inverter is in normal operation; and the DIM voltage Provided by the mainboard, the change range is between 0 and 5V. Different DIM values are fed back to the feedback end of the PWM controller. The current provided by the inverter to the load will also be different. The smaller the DIM value, the lower the output current of the inverter. The bigger it is.
2. Voltage startup circuit: When ENB is high, the output voltage is high to light the backlight of the Panel.
3. PWM controller: It has the following functions: internal reference voltage, error amplifier, oscillator and PWM, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, short circuit protection, and output transistor.
4. DC conversion: The MOS switch and energy storage inductors form a voltage conversion circuit. After the input pulse is amplified by the push-pull amplifier, it drives the MOS tube to perform the switching action, so that the DC voltage charges and discharges the inductor, so that the other end of the inductor can be Get AC voltage.
5.LC oscillation and output loop: Ensure that the lamp starts with the required voltage of 1600V, and reduce the voltage to 800V after the lamp starts.
6. Output voltage feedback: When the load is working, the sampled voltage is fed back to stabilize the I-inverter voltage output.

Does 2000W car inverter can load kettle to boil water?

I have buy a 2000W inverter. Does it can load kettle to boil water? 1. There is no problem with boiling water. The inverter is plugged into the cigarette lighter or directly connected to the battery, and then converts the 12V or 24V battery voltage to 110V or 220V ac output. As long as the power of the appliance does not exceed the power of the inverter, it can be used normally. 2. But we must also note that due to the use of the car's battery, the battery's loss of electricity is more serious, exacerbating the damage of the battery. In order to charge the battery as quickly as possible, the magneto will work harder and the vehicle will consume more fuel. The increase is related to the degree of your electricity use. Moreover, boiling water is actually equivalent to a large resistor, which generates high heat when the current passes through the resistor. This will cause more damage to the battery. So although it can be used to boil water, try not to do it as often as possib...

Why can't most of the modified wave inverters load LED energy-saving lamps?

1.LED belongs to inductive load. The current LED string has a capacitor current limit. The capacitor is charged with about 300 volts DC during charging. This DC voltage and the 300 volts in the inverter are stacked in series to 600 volts. It is easy to put the withstand voltage at only 500-600 volts. Inverter output MOS tube breakdown. 2. Modified sine wave is also divided into two kinds, one is an ordinary, ordinary repair sine wave, just the square wave into a simple correction, one is a good, the other wave is a better correction. High quality repair sine wave with LED lights. Ordinary modified sine wave has many restrictions on the load, such as with resistive load (incandescent lamp, electric furnace (except induction cooker) and other loads) is no problem, but capacitive load (such as rechargeable LED flashlight) will appear on the edge of the pulse Inrush current causes capacitive load to be easily damaged when the modified sine wave power is supplied, and the work of induct...

HOW does an inverter work?

The inverter is a DC to AC transformer, and it is actually a process of conversion is a voltage inverter. AC converter is the voltage of the grid into a stable 12V DC output, while the output of the inverter is the Adapter 12V DC voltage into a high voltage alternating current high frequency; the same two parts are used with more than the width modulation (PWM) technique.
